Rates

I offer a sliding scale payment option to a limited number of clients who are committed to themselves and ready to improve their lives, yet require support to sustain their treatment.

Do you take insurance?
At this time, I accept Aetna through Alma. I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance plans and will provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance carrier and the information needed for claims. I advise patients to contact insurance plans before your first session to ensure that you will be eligible for reimbursement.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you. If you do not attend an appointment and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you are responsible for paying the full session cost. I do my best to offer opportunities to reschedule missed appointments in order to avoid charging for missed sessions.
You can check whether your insurance will reimburse you for a portion of your session cost.
